Rejoice Evermore for Mixed Chorus and Brass Ensemble

Rejoice Evermore was commissioned by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North and South America for the Twenty-Fifth Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress. This work was premiered in 1980, with the composer as soloist, at the celebration of the North and South American Orthodox Church. Mrs. Coretta Scott King, Senator Edward Kennedy, the Mayor of Atlanta, and other officials were among the audience of 5000. The members of the orchestra were drawn from Georgia State University.

This piece is dedicated to His Eminence Archbishop Iakovos and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese.
