Reflections II is a setting of Elizabeth Barrett Browning’s immortal poem “How do I love thee.” The composer tried to convey the dramatic and passionate ideas of the poem through word painting. Both parts, voice and clarinet, employ very expressive lines.

Reflections is a series of works written for chamber groups and voice. The music evokes images based on either the composer’s past experiences or the poetry.
